# Custom load duration factor (Cd) values

We’ve heard a fair bit of requests to be able to override the Cd value for snow loads, especially at high elevation locations with large snow loads (300+ psf !!) where jurisdictions often require that Cd be taken as 1.0 instead of the typical 1.15. Good news, you can now do that directly in Project Defaults
