# Hello I am Nick from TN, I am a Contractor

I started in construction in 1979, I have worked in almost every trade. I attended The Univ of Ark in Monticello and finished at Florida Atlantic Univ.
I am a General, Electrical and Mechanical Contractor as well as Design, CAD and Engineering Residential and small commercial projects.
I am new to ClearCalcs and new to having to show uplift calculations in order to get a permit to fix my roof. But with all of the hurricane damage in Florida, I knew it was going to happen some day.
