Does this retaining wall work or not?

I get that I already have the answer to this question. I am just wondering why the different sections within this one calculation provide seemingly contradictory conclusions.

Hi @WilsonEngineers , glad you brought that up! In general, our calculators follow the following setup:

  • Geometry and “PASS/FAIL” checks are on the left, near their inputs
  • Utilization checks are on the right
  • The top bar always shows the “worst” of all checks within the calculator, and if you hover over the Governing red box, it’ll show you a short note explaining what’s causing it to fail

I get all that, and this is a rhetorical question about Clear Calcs because the presentation of results seems to be in contradiction with itself. If the Summary section shows passing, then those sections should actually be passing. That’s what seems logical to me.
