Question about roof loads and snow loads: are they both used in the calculation or only worst case?

I notice that when doing a calculation, both snow loads and roof loads are indicated. Does the calc use the worst case and not both?

Hi Mark,

Yes, we use the worst case governing load combination. You can see more details under “Load Combination Analysis” and “Governing Load Combination Determination”, as seen in the screenshot below. These values are used in the utilization checks. Hope this helps
